Marcus doesn't teach chemistry by drilling you on formulas until they feel memorized instead of understood. He teaches it by rebuilding each concept around how the individual student thinks, so acid-base titrations stop being a memorized procedure and start making sense as a story you can follow. If you've ever nailed the calculation on a titration problem but froze when asked to explain what's actually happening at the equivalence point, that won’t be the case for long.
