Frequently Asked Questions

  • This can range depending on the offering but usually we limit our virtual groups to at most 15 students per session. This ensures everyone has the opportunity to actively participate, ask questions, and receive personalized feedback.

  • For many of our groups we provide digital handouts (notes, practice questions, and cheat sheets) that supplement the topic. “Homework” or practice problems may be assigned to reinforce concepts between sessions. Nothing is graded so this is entirely optional work.

  • You’ll need a stable internet connection, a device with a microphone and speakers (or headphones), and the latest version of the video-conferencing software. No specialized software is required beyond that.

  • We offer partial or full refunds depending on when you notify us of your cancellation. Please review our refund policy on the enrollment page or contact hello@chemdunn.com for details.

  • Our small-group approach offers a more interactive environment than a large classroom. Each student has ample opportunities to speak, ask questions, collaborate, and receive targeted feedback—all from the comfort of their own home.
