We kindly ask for 3 hours between submissions. Other than that, you are welcome to submit as often as you need! This is not intended to be a chat feature — its a one off question on a problem that you are stuck on or totally clueless on where to begin and need a (helpful) push forward!

You have priority in getting a session with a tutor (charged separately). The tutor will be who you’ve been matched with before or someone else that specializes in your course. You are never just given a random person “who will try to help.”

If you are not satisfied, email us at hello@chemdunn.com within 7-days of initial purchase and we’ll say sorry and refund you. We only do this once per person.
Otherwise, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term commitments required.

Our tutors will provide guidance, explanations, and worked examples to help you understand concepts and solve problems on your own. While we can review your work or provide step-by-step guidance on specific problems, we don't complete entire worksheets or assignments for you.

You will get a response to your submission within 24 hours at the very most. Usually our track record is within 4 hours. Exact amount of time depends on a series of factors. If you think you are going to get a reply within 30 mins at 3am, try again, and you should definitely go to bed and get sleep!
