The course covers two things: the gen chem material that orgo assumes you know cold, and the early orgo concepts that give you a real edge if you encounter them before day one.

Part One — Gen Chem Foundations

Olga doesn't teach orgo by walking through slides. She teaches it by watching how students think and finding exactly where the logic breaks down. If you've ever felt like you understood something until you tried to explain it, that's her favorite problem to solve.

Olga holds a PhD in physical organic chemistry and has taught and tutored organic chemistry for over 20 years. She is  past chair of the American Chemical Society (ACS) Exams Institute's organic exam committee and is deeply connected to advancing chemical education through publishing and working directly with students.
